I have compiled a list of a few behaviors that will help pinpoint our fellow narcissists. These behaviors also help us recognize those traits in ourselves. This way, we can reduce these behaviors.

    • Sense of entitlement ~ A common sign of people with narcissism is the belief they are superior to others. They think they deserve special treatment.
    • Manipulative behavior ~ At first, a narcissist will try to please you. They will aim to impress you. Nevertheless, their own needs will eventually always come first.
    • Lack of empathy ~ Narcissists are often unwilling or can’t empathize with others. This makes it difficult for them to take responsibility for their own behavior.
    • Need for admiration ~ Narcissists has a constant need for praise or admiration. They need to feel validated by others and often brag about themselves.

The narcissist will challenge anything that is not about themselves. We all have some of these traits to different degrees, which is almost hard to avoid in this selfie culture.
