Spend~ to pay out (money) in buying or hiring goods or services.
January is “habit changing month” for most Americans, including myself. However, resolutions were not on my radar this year. This year, I decided to try something different. I will be tackling a minimalism concept each month. I am hoping that this will help keep me in line with the belief system that I put out on my blog. I would love for everyone to come along on my journey and join in on what will be a great year of growth.
I will also be carrying each idea from previous months into the new month. The idea of habit stacking to evolve and grow in the minimalist lifestyle. Please join me on this journey as I will be updating you on how to implement these habits into every day life.

January has almost ended and I can honestly say it has been a huge learning curve for me. I started to really enjoy this exercise in self control. I had to stop watching all the influencers telling me that my home, clothing, car, make-up, hair, body, food wasn’t in line with the community. This was the best decision I have made to date. I also have been using the phrase “can we normalize not having perfect homes, clothes, make-up, hair and bodies!”. The things we see on short clips of videos are not normal. I have embraced the fact that I can walk into a store and not crave the latest gadget or trendy product, because more than likely I already have something similar, that works just as good, without adding more clutter to my home and spending money un-necessarily.
I can also say that my bank account was happy at the end of the month!
