A Week of Minimal

Getting started with Minimalism can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be.  A great way to start is with a list of small tasks you can accomplish in 15 minutes or less.  The list below is a great example of where to start.  Set a timer for 15 minutes, and accomplish one small task daily.

The list below is an example, and actually how I got started – but you can adjust as needed.

Monday: Clean and organize your Tupperware cabinet.

Tuesday: Clean out the junk drawer(s).

Wednesday: Clear off the counters.

Thursday: Sort out the mail.

Friday: Clean and organize your medicine cabinet.

Saturday: Clean out your car.

Sunday: Clean off your dresser(s).
